These dry aged T-bones have just finished their long nap in the dry ager and are ready to be taken home for a weekend treat!

That’s right, we are looking for some new staff members to join our team! We have a couple of positions available

Casual Cleaner-

Ideally an after school position, we need some one to help us clean and prepare the shop in the evenings and on the weekends.

1st year apprentice butcher -

We are now looking for a new apprentice to join our team! If a career in the meat industry is something you are interested in we want to hear from you!
No experience necessary but some retail experience would give you a definite advantage.

To be considered for the role you will need:
- A positive can-do attitude
- Sound maths and problem solving skills
- the ability to work as part of a tight knit team
- available to work 5 days a week on a rotating weekend roster

Dear customers,

It is with great regret that we wish to inform you that our family pies will no longer be available for purchase until further notice. This is not a decision we have taken lightly but unfortunately our absolutely wonderful neighbours do not like the smell of food cooking from the inside of a business that entirely revolves around the cooking of food.
We will be working towards a solution to this problem but in the mean time these products will no longer be available.

It’s pretty cold at the moment so I have been trying to stay warm with some experiments in the smokehouse
