I have been lucky enough to live in many different places across our beautiful state. I love WA and have experienced life in the remote Kimberley, the wheatbelt, the Gascoyne, Perth city, and now the Great Southern. I have so many memories and so much love attached to all these places.
All these, and more are available as prints in differing sizes. 🌸

2025 Calendar.
Got my prototype done, and now ready to order calendars!!! A3 size opened out, big bright pictures and large squares to write in. These will be ready to post end of next month.
Due to the cost of everything at the moment, have had to increase my price a little 😥 $35 for one or two for $60.
Please let me know if you want any, you can pay upfront or when I have them ready to go. ❤️

Pets are such an integral part of the family and when they pass it affects us deeply. I still miss my Lolly dog who died five years ago 😢 I think that’s why these pieces have been so popular.
I am currently creating more in this theme, and some with cats. Let me know if you are interested in one? I can pop names on them too if wanted.

Getting ready for art trail. Lots of new works underway, the next couple of months are crazy busy…..but I love it!

I’m not much of a cook, but before my mum passed away, she started a recipe book for me.
My mum was a phenomenal cook, her recipes were always asked for, she loved entertaining and people loved to be in her presence (and eat her food). I decided today to go through her recipes, have put it off for a while as just seeing her handwriting makes me cry.
But I made her famous Yo-Yo’s today, and as soon as I bit into one all these memories came rushing back.
Is there a food that makes you nostalgic?

‘Hi I’m Kerri, thought I would reintroduce myself for the benefit of my new followers.’
I live in the beautiful coastal town of Albany in Western Australia. I am married and have four children ranging in age from 16-29, and I have two beautiful grandsons, one, who is currently living with us at our place.
I am a Christian, and often while painting I am talking to God or listening to podcasts 😀
I work from my home studio (a very messy spare bedroom), and work one day a week in town at the art collective I belong to.
Life is crazy busy, the house is still very full and lots of comings and goings which sometimes makes it hard to settle into a creative zone and produce work.
I am pretty crappy at answering messages and am currently making a concerted effort to get better at that.
I want my work to impact others in a positive, joyful way, I think there is enough darkness in this world of ours and I want to create images that are bright and colourful and have positive impact.
Thank you so much for following me and supporting me, I appreciate each and every one of you. ❤️

I am getting very little interaction on social media at the moment. I also get so tired of constantly promoting all the time. I do have work in actual shops and galleries but then paying rent and commission on those.
I know I couldn’t do anything other than create art but wish I didn’t have to work so hard at the selling promoting part ugh first world problems I know 😂

I’ve just wasted hours of precious painting time dealing with a scammer. It absolutely grieves me that there are people out there who want to steal money off of hardworking people and have no regard or any kind of a moral compass about doing it. This lady from Florida (that turns out to be a man in some African country) wanted to buy an art piece, I send her my PayPal link and she says she has paid the funds through but because my account isn’t set up as a business account, she has to pay me an extra payment and I have to then send it back!!! I then get a very official email from PayPal confirming this. So, I googled, latest PayPal scams, and this was definitely one!
This is the second in a week, and creates such anxiety in me, money is tight enough without worrying about it being stolen out of your own account. Sorry, needed to vent.
