Hand crafted Mini Snickers Bars. Definitely one of my caramel favourites made with a nougat base and layers of coconut caramel and salted peanuts. Gluten, dairy, refined sugar and soy free - these are delicious straight from the freezer or the fridge depending on how soft you desire 💕

Straight from the freezer are these frosty Choc Salted Caramel Pops. Made with a fudgy salted caramel cashew cream and coated with a crunchy chocolate and a dipping of crushed salted peanuts, these are a delicious little addition for the upcoming available Tasting Boxes ❤️

Unfortunately I will not be making Easter Boxes this year and rather focusing on Mother's Day Boxes. I will have some tasting boxes available very soon however!

A custom order of a Banoffee Pie, Caramel Slice, Galaxy Bars and Strawberry Cream Bites (with a couple of little Caramel Pods as a thank you) went out today. All dairy free, refined sugar free, gluten free, soy free and vegan. Best of all, they all can be stashed in the freezer where they will last for months 🩷

Eaten straight from the freezer these are vegan, soy free and contain no hidden nasties. Using some of my favourite nine canaries fillings like the caramel from the Caramel Slice, a perfect chocolate bar has been created! Will be a dark version created too 💞 Watch this space!

This is my nut free Strawberries and Cream biscuit. Made with a crunchy buckwheat biscuit base, house made strawberry chia jam, vanilla marshmallow cream and covered in crunchy chocolate. One of my favourites for sure!

It was so good to be back making my raw desserts and the response took me by surprise! Absolutely incredible and reminded me of just how special nine canaries is 🩷
I'll be taking a little break to spend some time with the family and then will begin making some slabs up again to sell privately and then start stocking up for Easter as that will be here in no time! I'll continue with some social media posts of what I'll have available to purchase in the coming weeks.

I missed doing the salted caramel fudge drip on the Vanilla Macadamia Cheesecakes! You'll find this dessert in only some of the Christmas boxes as trying to mix up the selection.
Emails have been sent as of last night to all of the first round of customers interested in the boxes. If I don't hear from you by tonight I'll assume that you are no longer interested and move on to the next customers who have contacted me. Has to be one of the favourites of all the nine canaries treats: the Ben Bar 💫 A chewy base, topped with a soft gooey caramel, salted peanuts and smothered in chocolate.

Peanut Butter Caramel Slice. Chewy biscuit base topped with a gooey caramel, chopped almonds and chocolate. Still have a few slabs to prep so boxes will unfortunately not be ready for tomorrow but will definitely be by Friday for those out of town or need to forward plan.

It's a tough gig making sure all the desserts are safe for the Christmas Tasting Boxes, but someone has to do it 🤷🏼‍♀️

A crunchy chocolate pecan base, topped with a yummy peppermint cream and smothered in a crunchy chocolate.

Raw Notella Slice for the hazelnut lovers 🤎 I really do love this combination of the hazelnut brownie base, topped with a rich chocolate ganache and drizzled with a salted caramel fudge sauce. Gluten, refined sugar, dairy and soy free and plant based as all my raw desserts are; I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do!

Raw Lamingtons. Made with a cashew biscuit base, house made strawberry chia jam and a creamy filling inside and smothered in a crunchy chocolate and desiccated coconut - these are really divine. You may find one in your Christmas box 🍓♥️ (will be responding to emails to confirm your order later today).
