It is designed to relieve congestion, inflammation and allergies of the airways and skin. Our therapy room contains a floor of salt and purified fine salt air. It is this air which contains tiny aerosol particles of salt that is inhaled as you breath, cleansing and promoting a healthy well being. People who suffer from a wide range of skin and respiratory conditions can find relief by using this therapy.

Our Story
We started as a Salt Therapy business which is designed to relieve congestion, inflammation and allergies of the airways and skin in Oct 2014 and quickly started adding other complimentary therapies to our business. Massage Services and Reiki sessions are provided in our Wellness Room, including Remedial, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Lymphatic, Hot Stone, Relax and Lomi Lomi massage. Currently we have 2 types of Saunas, a Far Infrared Sauna and a Vibrosaun. Both have unique healing properties or are great just to use to warm up and relax. Our Floatation Tank is a great way to help with PTSD, stress, anxiety, recovery and is great for pregnant ladies to take a bit of weight of the body.
Our Ultra Lite weight loss program based on the ketogenic diet, Ketosis works when you are eating a balance of protein and carbohydrate foods which encourage your body to burn stored fats your energy source this process is called dietary Ketosis.
