Claire is very excited to offer Remedial and relaxation Massage here at Catalyst Chiropractic.

She currently works as a Group Fitness Instructor and personal trainer at Elements Health and Fitness. She teaches Les Mills Cycle, Body pump, Yoga and Boxing and has been in the Fitness industry since 2012.

Claire has also completed level two in Reiki, a form of energy Healing.

One of Claire's greatest work achievements was working on the Carnival Dream Cruise line out of New Orleans, in fitness. She just loves an adventure!

Claire is looking forward to helping you function at your best and gain more joy from life.
