Like many men thought that he had to cycle between cutting and bulking to get results. 🔄
The problem with this is when he cut down he realised,
“Damn I’m lean but I feel skinny”,
and then would start aggressively bulking at which at the end of the following 3 months he had the complete opposite reaction and thought,
“Damn I’m big but I’ve put on fat, I need to get lean”.
Only to diet exactly back to where he was and essentially made very marginal progress for YEARS.

What to eat to drop Bodyfat
There are 3 main macronutrients: Protein, Carbs & Fats
Protein
Every meal should consist of a serving of protein. Protein helps to recover our muscles and is also the most satiating macronutrient, meaning it fills us up the most.
Carbs
We recommend leaving carbs until dinner time so you have stable energy throughout the day.
Fats
Fats contain the highest amount of calories but are still important and essential to include in our diets. Just make sure you don’t overeat on these as it will significantly increase your total calories for the day.
Fruit/ Vegetables
Every meal should consist of a serving of fruit and or veg.
It’s important to regularly change your choice of fruits & vegetables for your gut health. The more variety the better.
You could be eating double the amount of chicken breast to chicken wings and still be consuming less calories 🤯
