Job Description:
We are a finance automation solutions business currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and well-rounded team player to assist and support our Director and the Sales and Marketing Team. We are looking for a dynamic person who craves to be part of a winning team on an amazing journey.
The role is dynamic, faced paced and broad, which keeps it very interesting! We are looking for someone who is has experience in a small/medium business and is willing to take on a variety of tasks including but not limited to ad hoc business & administrative tasks, proof reading and editing of collateral, proactively drive projects with a focus on sales and marketing. The role is be based in our Sydney office, located in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches.
The successful candidate for this position will be a highly-motivated, passionate and individual, with a broad skill-set who is seeking a challenging and exciting role in a dynamic and emerging company. The role requires an individual with excellent verbal and written skills, eye for detail, great energy levels and a positive mental attitude to assist the company on its journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Quickly become knowledgeable on our products and have an effective, professional communication both internally and externally via phone and email.
• LinkedIn management – company and individual
• Pro-actively Manage Accounts/Prospects within CRM (Zoho) on behalf of the Sales Director
• Manage CRM & Reporting
• Weekly Sales Reporting and Forecasting Requirements
• Proposal Writing, Tender Responses and Solution Pricing
• Calendar Management & Meeting Scheduling
• Creating / Editing / Proofreading Emails
• Assisting in Creating Marketing Campaigns
• Assisting in Inbound Strategies (interactive content, lead generators, forms etc.)
• Online Research (Statistics, Content, Facts, Competition)
• Assisting in Writing Case Studies
• Online Research (Statistics, Content, Facts, Competition)
Requirements:
• + 4 years experience in a similar position
• Prior experience in a small to medium company is highly regarded
• Knowledge of CRM is a plus
• Design and Marketing skills are a bonus
• Project Management also desirable
• Strong attention to detail and great organisation skills
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Ability to work across a range of IT platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc;
• Ability to use initiative, multi-task and manage processes autonomously
• Possess a professional phone manner and a positive mental attitude
• Be self-managed and enjoy working as part of a small dynamic team
