NSW government announces fresh support for businesses The NSW government has announced a suite of support measures for SMEs as part of the Economic Recovery Strategy.
The move towards a debtor in control model will be a significant win for business. Allowing existing management to be in control in times of distress will result in many more businesses being able to reset and be restructured in a much more efficient and cost-effective way.
