**Role Overview:**
As a Workshop/Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our workshop operations and production processes. You'll have the chance to apply your hands-on expertise while also utilising your organisational and management skills to lead and inspire our production team.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily production activities, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality standards.
- Coordinate the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Lead, train, and mentor apprentice boilermakers/welders.
- Utilise your welding and fabrication expertise to troubleshoot and provide technical guidance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement for timely material acquisition.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to industry regulations.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience and certification as a boilermaker/welder.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail is a must.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication processes.
- Prior experience in managing a team is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving production demands.
