Progressing scapular and shoulder stability strength and control whilst also working on core and glutes.
This exercise should never cause shoulder pain when done correctly. All exercises can be modified for ability and needs.

Working the glutes in side lying. Just one way of working on hip abduction strength which is important for hip control, gait, knee control and lower back control and stability.

Here are some variations of weight bearing triceps work that also works the neck and scapular stability muscles as well as your core. Strengthening these areas helps to improve our posture and thereby reduce /prevent incidence of headaches. Strength exercises also help with bone density.
All exercises should be pain free and comfortable. All can be modified for needs and ability levels.

Bringing the weight forward increased the load, challenging triceps, scapular and neck stability muscles as well as your glutes and abdominals.

Strengthening these areas can improve our posture and help prevent neck driven / cervicogenic headaches.

Calf stretches are important for ankle, foot and knee mobility. They should be slow and controlled. Often a 30-60 second hold is recommended but this may be altered depending on the patient's needs . There are various ways to stretch these muscles. This is just one of them.

Heel problems and Achilles problems. A thorough assessment can diagnose and guide treatment. Looking at the whole 'chain' / limb and functional body movements to see where control of movement needs to be addressed and find the correct exercises to treat the issue.
