This is how powerful your mind actually is. It is capable of believing a window is oscillating backwards and forwards even when you are shown inconclusive proof that it's actually spinning. And to prove it even further a pen is attached and your mind then visually shows you the pen is able to pass through the window. Your mind believes this to be true because of patterns it has already learnt about how things appear in the world. For example The larger an object appears to be the closer it is to you and the smaller an object appears to be the further away it is from you from. These have been proven time and time again by your mind so when it is presented with the opposite of that it cannot unbelieve what it already knows. The pattern of belief is set. Your beliefs about you are the same. The patterns of belief you have learnt during your life are also to your mind true . And no matter how much anyone tries to show you or tell you that's not true, your mind will always believe the original patterns on the subconscious level. Thats why change work and removing old limiting beliefs and old patters and replacing them with supporting beliefs and new patterns needs to happen at the subconscious level. Otherwise, you will be always trying and working hard to enforce the desired thinking or new behavior or outcome instead of just simply believing it. If you don't just reach a level of simply believing and knowing your truth, becomes a battle of wills every day because there will always be resistance from your mind. It will always doubt and fight for the old story, the old pattern to be true. Isn't it time you told your mind a better story, a new truth about you. Your mind is so powerful, and it can be used to support you and completely change how you see yourself and the world around you.
Just think for a moment about the possibilities of what that truly means for you.

What happens when you feel Overwhelmed? π
Sometimes you react with anger or frustration and lash out π
And in some stressful situations that feel totally out of control you retract π
You recoil, shrink and try to make yourself so small because you want to just disappear π
You end up lost in your own head π
And everything feels too much, and you canβt take in advice π
Or use your logic to work things out π
Because your own thoughts and feelings are working against you π
They are tied up in knots and become a jumble of chaotic fears and pressures and negative self talk π
And you canβt see your way out because everything gets really confusing π
And you canβt trust yourself to make a decision π
Because it will probably be wrong π
Which makes you feel stupid and embarrassed, or ashamed and immature π
And if you are feeling this way a lot π
Then it's definitely impacting your overall health and well being π
Overwhelm should never be a regular part of your lifestyle π
It may be time to do something about it?π

Doing something about an issue before you hit the proverbial brick wall is the idea.
Don't wait until you feel powerless and desperate.
If you've noticed a downward spiral pattern occurring at different times in your life.
If you notice you can keep it together for a specific number of months and then you start to feel yourself beginning to unravel.
If you've noticed there is that one thing that makes you feel out of control emotionally.
And if you are ready to break the cycle, then take some preventative steps now.
Do something about it now. Develop some new tools. Learn some new skills and change your outcomes. Empower yourself and feel confident, calm and in control again.

I have a couple of questions for you to consider that might help you to understand how much you actually treat yourself badly by neglecting your own needs β¨οΈ
How many times in Your Life have You......... π
.....ignored your emotions and pushed them down?
.....soldiered on and put on a brave face? β¨οΈ
.....felt too embarrassed or afraid to show how you were really feeling? β¨οΈ
.....shut your emotions down and told yourself to just get on with it? β¨οΈ
.....decided that your best option was to not listen to your own self-doubt by ignoring how confused that made you feel. And then you decided to hide your feelings anyway? β¨οΈ
How many times in Your Life have you Gaslighted Yourself πππ
Think about it. Itβs probably a lot. β¨οΈ
What happens normally when we find out we or someone else has been Gaslighted? π
We are usually shocked or horrified β¨οΈ
We canβt believe someone would actually do something like that, purposely β¨οΈ
What kind of person would do such a thing? β¨οΈ
It's so hurtful, such a betrayal β¨οΈ
And yet we, ourselves are the worst offender β¨οΈ
We do it again and again and again π
Its what we learnt π
We didnβt know any better
So now I think its time to learn something new β¨οΈ
Its time to stop pushing down your feelings β¨οΈ
Its time to stop ignoring your emotions π
Its time to start listening to you β¨οΈ
It might be time for you to get to know Yourself a little better β¨οΈ
Because left unchecked, pent-up emotions will always find a way to come out eventually π
And it wonβt be when or where you want them to.
So take control. Break the cycle. Stop the pattern β¨οΈ
Put your hand on your heart and say βIam safe, I am loved, Iβm okβ π
Thats a good first step β¨οΈ

Make time for the things that give you the most joyβ¨οΈ
Take a little bit of time out of every day just for youβ¨οΈ
And remember you ARE allowed to stop sometimesβ¨οΈ
Just slow it all down occasionallyπ
Because the accumulative benefits of regular, planned time outs are absolutely amazingβ¨οΈ

β¨οΈWrite down the things that are bothering you
β¨οΈJust short hand or in point form
β¨οΈNow cross out all of the things your not in control of
β¨οΈNow focus on the things you can control
β¨οΈAnd change that

This is a little old now, but it is a wonderful example of how quickly RTT and Hypnosis combined can work so powerfully to turn lives around. The First step is stopping and realising you need help.
