We’d like to announce the appointment of Ben Bishop as Men’s Reserves Coach for 2024.

Ben was the main coach at Chadstone since 2019 and instrumental to their return to Divisional footy in the VAFA. He hails from WA where he played all his footy until moving to Melbourne in 2016.

REGISTRATIONS FOR SEASON 2024
Registrations for SYFNC season 2024 are now open and can be accessed via the link. YOU MUST REGISTER TO PLAY. 🦁🏉

Footballers: Compulsory $15 admin fee (payable to the SFNL) and this appears when completing your registration details.

This year we are pleased to offer an “early bird” payment option for payments and registration completed before 23 March 2024. 🐦

This registration fee is cheaper and includes a ticket to our Season Launch at the Stingo.

Any players who have not paid fees will be required to pay a single game fee on matchday.

Payments for Registration Fees can be made in PlayHQ via Card or PayPal. You can also take advantage of the option to pay in 4 instalments through PayPal’s Pay-in-4.

Any players struggling financially are encouraged to reach out.

Please note that Player registration fees exclude costs for socks, shorts and jumpers – costs of these items will be advised separately and will require payment at time of purchase.

Ella Kingston one of our 1s Netballers is Running from Corowa to Yarrawonga (45kms!!) for the Good Friday Appeal she is also a NICU Nurse at RCH and holds this charity close to her heart!

2024 Yarra Netballer’s let’s get this season STARTED! 🦁❤️🏐

The needs us to be finalising our grading and team numbers and selection by the end of January ☀️

So come on down to Melbourne High School netball courts for 4 netball sessions filled with match play and drills to get us moving!

The 2024 coaches are keen to meet you all and catch up with you!

New and returning netballer’s are advised to attend! 💙

will be running some Runnings sessions leading up to pre season starting in December! This is an opportunity for netballers and footballers to get fit and mingle!

New and returning players welcome!

It is with sadness we report that Anne Hilditch, wife of Club Foundation Secretary, Life Member and 1971 Premiership Player Brian, has lost her battle with Cancer this past weekend. Anne was a stalwart of the club, playing basketball for the club and attending Presentation Nights and social functions with husband Brian. Anne was a fighter and fought it all the way, she is now at peace. Condolences from the Club to Brian and family.

The South Yarra Football Netball Club AGM will be held on Tuesday 28th November at 7pm at the Yorkshire Stingo Hotel. We invite all South Yarra members and supporters to attend the AGM.
