This Thursday, 19th of September 2024, for the second year running, Paul (owner) will be attempting the "ShutUp! for MND Challenge" to not talk for 6 hours at work (9am-3pm).🙊

A message from the Owner (Paul):
I am AGAIN doing the 'ShutUp! For MND' challenge. Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is a rare condition that progressively damages parts of the nervous system. This leads to muscle weakening, often with visible wasting....among other cruel physical abilities, including losing the ability to talk. Although trying to stay quiet for 6 hours at work will be a fun day to try not to talk 🙊(yes, I will be at work 🤦‍♂️), it is also a reminder that this is often the result of someone with MND A close friend has lost his father to the disease, and it took away his ability to talk in his last few months 😢 I am doing this challenge to raise awareness and to raise funds for care and important research towards a cure 👍 Your support is greatly appreciated
