Panang curry ingredinets include dried chili peppers, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, shallot, shrimp paste, salt and citric acid. Our panang curry doesn't include peanut or peanut butter in it. So, don't you worry if you have peanut allergy.

Som Tum Thai, ส้มตำไทย, Thai green papaya salad is one of the common snack in Thailand. It is a combination of sweet, salty and sour with crushed peanut and dry shrimp sauce. You also can add on any fruit such as graph, apple or pare. On the other side is Som Tum Lao, ส้มตำลาว, Thai E-san version that is saltier and spicier. The sauce includes fermented fish sauce and salted crab. This is quite popular in North Eastern Thailand.
