A study in 2020 looked at the benefits of having one avocado a day. Personally I don’t need a study to eat avocado everyday but this study found that avocado decreased oxidised LDL (bad cholesterol) in overweight or obese adults.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Some people steer clear of avocados when trying to lose weight as they fear the fat, high calories or second mortgage required.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

However avocado is made up of fibre, antioxidants and healthy monounsaturated fats (MUFAS) which have all shown to aid in reducing weight, reducing the risk of heart disease and maintaining a healthy gut.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
