Electric or Manual?
🪥Electric Toothbrush:
More effective at removing plaque

Many electric toothbrushes feature a built-in timer (2 minutes)
🪥Manual Toothbrush:
Can be cheaper
Time: you should time yourself while brushing (2 minutes)
Be aware of the pressure while you brushing your teeth

Studies showed that, in general, rotating electric toothbrushes are more effective at reducing plaque and gingivitis than manual toothbrushes. Having said that, if you are using the correct technique with a manual brush and not having any problems with plaque or brushing too hard, switching to an electric toothbrush won't make a significant difference to your oral health.
