We are a small family business & our weekends are always super busy. Because of this we cannot produce and place any menu items on hold over the phone if they have not already been pre-ordered with a MINIMUM 50% DEPOSIT PAID UPFRONT. The cost, time consumed and effort put into making our specialty menu items (I.e; Pineapple pies, luau mamoe, keke puaa etc) are pretty much wasted when customers place large orders over the phone then do not collect as promised 😥

While we will try our best to accommodate these large orders, without a deposit, we simply cannot guarantee that the items you are requesting will still be available if you do not collect at the time agreed upon.
