💚 There are people who can make San Choy Bow but then there are people who can REALLY make San Choy Bow. One of the key ingredients is the lettuce, it has to be fresh and crispy, it was. The mince has to be aromatic, it was. The combination of all must be tasty, it was and then some. This dish is a must eat.

💚 What I also was impressed with was the couple’s young daughter, maybe 12, stood diligently at front of house attending to customers in a timely and eagerly fashion.
