The new store is operated by Cairns locals Jo and Paul Brierley, experienced franchisees who have been a part of the Zarraffa's Family for the past decade with our Edmonton and Cairns Showgrounds stores.
"Jo and I are thrilled to be opening a third location in Cairns. We recently celebrated our 10th anniversary with Zarraffa's Coffee, having opened Zarraffa's Cairns Showgrounds in September 2013. We're known for our quality coffee, convenience and fantastic service, which we have built a reputation for over the past decade, and at our new Manunda location we are just expanding on that" Paul said.

Battle of the Baristas 2024 ☕🏆🎉 Last week more than sixty teams from across the Zarraffa's Coffee store network battled it out in head-to-head matchups for the title of our 2024 Battle of the Baristas Champion.

Saxon and David from Zarraffa's Coffee Cleveland! 🎉 Saxon and David took out the competition in a nail-biting finale against Dillon and Taylah from Helensvale North.

Our annual Battle of the Baristas competition is a true celebration of the skill and passion that exists across all Zarraffa's Coffee stores. Introducing our newest drive thru, Dakabin! 🤎☕ Operated under the leadership of seasoned franchisee Candice Fioretti, who works closely with her parents, Ralph and Denise, the family have been involved with the brand since 2009 and has built a reputation for excellence both within the community and within the Zarraffa's family.

“Our family has always taken pride in being hands-on and ensuring that every detail of our stores meets the expectations of our customers. We recently had the incredible opportunity to join the Wildlife Warriors on their annual Croc Research Trip in Far North Queensland. These trips are dedicated to championing crocodile research, aiming to better understand the habits and behaviours of these modern-day dinosaurs.

During the trip, the Zarraffa’s team got hands-on by catching, tagging, and naming two crocs! Meet our newest family members: Zarraffa, a 6.4ft female, and Kenton, a 6.6ft male. Zarraffa and Kenton are now part of the world’s longest-running telemetry study on individual animals, joining a group of 270 crocodiles. 🤯

We’re incredibly proud of our partnership with Australia Zoo and thrilled to support their vital conservation work. This collaboration is just one way we strive to deliver more than just a cup of coffee. 🤎💚

This year's La Morena lot was produced by a group of eleven remarkable women farmers from Huehuetenango, a city situated in the highlands of western Guatemala. Featuring hints of dark chocolate, golden honey, sweet currants and aromatic liquorice, these coffee beans have been sundried for a smooth and well-balanced flavour.
