A new entry in our wine list: Falanghina del Sannio DOP - Fontanavecchia
Falanghina is the main white grape variety of the Campania region. It turns in a fresh, dry and citrusy wine, with a very well balanced acidity. It’s smooth and slightly buttery and has notes of apple and minerals.

Vostra maestà I Salumi!
The origin of salumi is very ancient, first traces date back to the 5th century BC, and in Italy it soon turned into a tradition to such an extent that it became a must to start a real Italian dinner.
On our salumi board you’ll find the real Prosciutto di Parma aged 24 months, Porchetta (thinly sliced pork belly), Salame Felino and Mortadella.

Cola Baladin is a soft drink which contains no preservatives or coloring (yes, red is the kola nuts original colour) and is produced with the kola nuts bought from the “Kola Slow Food Presidium” in Sierra Leone.

Gnudi are a typical Tuscan dish, a gnocchi-like dumplings made with ricotta cheese and spinach.
"Gnudi" is the Tuscan word for "naked", a gnudo is in fact a "n**e raviolo" consisting of just the tasty filling without the pasta shell.
Our homemade Gnudi are served in a Napoli sauce, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
