Alejandra from Ciudad de Mexico is the head of our kitchen, fearless leader, simple, humble and generous. She is one of our founding staff who formed part of the opening in August of 2020, her passion for Mexican cuisine allows her to reincarnate and introduce typical dishes that most of our Australian clientele have not had the pleasure to have had before.

Alejandra, a chef whose cooking, talent and experience reflects many of her personal interests, involving literature and photography, with her own style and without aligning with what the most common and simple trends indicate.
