If you haven't heard the news, we are hosting a Michelin Star Gelato Masterclass leaded by , co-founder at La Macelleria, who spent the last 3 and haldlf years developing gelato for the world known Chef Alain Ducasse in Paris.

Matteo will be back for the 10th anniversary at Teneriffe and will co-host with this Masterclass on the 12th of August.

Flavours will be a surprise, with a detailed explanation of the methods and techniques of preparation, but think about:
