It's over 3 years since our bright orange container got delivered and 3 years next week since we officially opened 🎉🙌

It was the height of the pandemic when we decided to create Apricot, I think the need and desire for community was felt by everyone during that time.

Whilst serving quality coffee has always been important to us, it's so much more than that! It's the milestones you share with us - both the highs and the lows; the chance meetings that turn strangers into friends; watching your little ones grow, learn and play....

So we'd like to say thank you to our little community, the regular friendly faces we see day-to-day and week-to-week, newbies who travel far to visit us, little ones new to the world, and those who've since moved suburbs, states, and countries (we miss you) 💕

We wait 14-21 days before grinding and pouring your fave ☕ Why? Well, fresh coffee can be a little gassy, but once it passes the flavours balance and it develops a smooth, nuanced profile 👌🏼

We're open 7 - 11 for the King's Birthday public holiday on Monday 🙌🏼🌞

Our Italian almond cookie, aptly nick-named the almond croissant cookie, is all the best parts of an almond croissant - the frangipane filling 🙌🏼 

Which means our coeliac, gluten intolerant and vegan friends can enjoy that almond croissant experience 🙌🏼 highly recommend dipping into your coffee for the ultimate experience.
