Congratulations to Cara on 2nd place at the Oceania Championships in Fiji this past week. Cara placed 2nd in a time of 9:48 taking another promising step towards making her Olympic debut in Paris.

Congratulations to Toby for his recent selection in the Australian team for the World U20 Championships!

Of the back of his win at nationals Toby has secured his spot in the 3000m steeplechase, making him the squad’s 16th Australian representative.

This is such an incredible achievement and something many athletes aspire towards. Toby and the rest of the team head to Peru in August for the championships.

Meet Hannah, our exceptional middle distance athlete specializing in the 800m and 1500m! Hannah boasts some impressive personal bests – 2:06.21 in the 800m and 4:18.37 in the 1500m! Beyond her impressive performances on the track, Hannah’s dedication to training and gym work is unmatched. She sets the bar high and is a fantastic role model for our junior team, inspiring them with her hard work and commitment.

What an amazing time for the squad in Adelaide! A great way to finish the Australian Track season.

As a squad we left Adelaide with 3 podium and 10 Top 10 finishes, countless seasons bests, and many PB’s. Some of our squad will now await selection for the World Junior Championships, as well as Oceania and Olympic Team selection.

This championship stands as an Olympic trial for our Open team and a World U20 team trial for our U20’s. Some big goals to achieve but everyone is prepped and ready to go.

In his first Australian Rep Team placed 53rd at the World Cross Country Championships in Belgrade last night.

We are beyond proud of his achievement and are sure it will be the first of many times in the green and gold 💛💚

It was a big week for the squad at State Championships last week with 2 WJQ’s, 14 medals, and countless PB’s. An amazing opportunity for the squad to get out and support one another!

So many breakthroughs and lessons learned for all, we saw Toby and Hattie score WJQ’s in the U20 steeplechase for one of our key moments.

A huge thank you to coaches Ben Norton and Timmy Brennan for their support over the competition and beyond. And thank you to .rehabperform for supporting many of our athletes in their S&C routines.

Meet Paddy, an incredible runner across multiple distances. His talent and hard work have paid off big time - he’s our latest Australian representative set to make his international debut in the 2024 World Cross Country Championships.
It’s been a journey of determination, and Paddy is ready to tackle this new challenge head on.

A huge congratulations to Paddy for securing a spot in the Australian team heading to the World Cross Country Championships in Belgrade, Serbia later this month. ⛰️🏃🏻

Being selected as an Australian representative is an immense achievement that so many athletes strive for and we couldn’t be prouder of him!

Paddy’s selection makes him the squads 15th Australian representative, a showing of his dedication and hard work.

He races on March 30th in the Men’s U20 6km ➡️

Meet Roxy, an undeniable talent on the track! Roxy has recently committed to study, train, and compete at Eastern Kentucky University – the team is so happy for her! Roxy's pumped to push her personal bests, experience indoor track for the first time, and embark on an exciting journey exploring a new place.

Meet Hattie, her work ethic is truly next level! Being a dual national champion in steeplechase doesn't come easy, and it's a testament to her relentless dedication and determination.

Keep an eye out for her at the upcoming Canberra Track Classic, where she'll undoubtedly do us proud.

Meet Kobi, a distance running powerhouse! Despite her age, she's already achieved so much and her determination is truly inspiring. This year, she's setting her sights on the World Junior Athletics and World Junior Cross Country Championships. Watch out world, Kobi's ready to make her mark! 🏃🏻‍♀️

2024 is going to be huge on all levels with World U20 Champs and Paris Olympics giving us some major targets.

So many Personal Bests, medals and lessons learnt. came away with our Team’s first OPEN national title in the Women’s 3km Steeplechase. Her last three Open Nationals have seen 🥈 🥉 🥇!!

Brissy you were great!! A massive team effort for Open / U20 Nationals. On Track coaching their first OPEN National title with winning the Women’s 3000m Steeple. Also great performances by , Tobz, & .l.l in u20 3000m, .cox__ open 1500m, in u20 800m and u20 Heptathlon. Lots of lessons learnt and more importantly lots of fun had by all!! We now turn our attention to the u18 Brissy Nationals - good luck to all competing.

National Cross Country 2022 🏃‍♀️
Great day for Ontrack capped off by 🥈 & 🥉 in the u17 boys, 4th in the u17 girls & 7th in the u16 boys

In her first time out in the Green & Gold 🟢🟡 made us all proud with a gutsy 11th place in a speedy heat to finish 34th overall 🌎

In her first major international meet Cara showed she belongs at the highest level mixing it with some of the best steeplers including the Tokyo olympic silver medalist 🙌

Caps off another huge year for Cara and will be a building block toward a bigger and better 2023 👊

So proud of this one, chasing her dreams. 3 days to go to chase that Hayward Magic 🪄
