Today we say goodbye to our Rach as she heads off to the big wide world of nursing! What a delight it’s been for the last almost 2years having her as part of our team!
I know I’m not alone in saying I’m going to miss her cheerful greetings and excellent banter!
Good luck Rach! We’re going to miss you!

🎉Holy smokes!! We turned 7 today!! 🎈

It’s feels like just yesterday we were signing the lease to our little home, coincidentally the same week we found out we were pregnant with our first babe. What a ride!

I’m so blessed to love my work. It’s not possible for everyone, but I can proudly say, Sunday Doom doesn’t often happen to me!

Our team makes us. They are the best and we would not be able to achieve anything without them. Thank you girls!

And of course our beautiful customers who are always up for a chat, a laugh, a cry. Thank you for supporting our small business, our dream.

Roping parents, siblings, partners, kids & even the hounds into giving the seating area a bit of a spruce up on their Saturday morning. Replanting, mowing, sanding, varnishing, pressure washing, it was all happening!
Payment in the form of beer & lunch from our friends at and, of course, coffee & oat slice.
Grateful to have these people and many more supporting us and keeping our little home beautiful!

The OG’s are in the shop today! You’ll be able to hear the cackling from a mile away. 🤭😂

We often get asked, why the name?
This is Milo & Bagel, the best boys in the world… apart from when they’re howling or knocking small children over for their snacks.
At 13 & 8 they’re in retirement from cafe life, but sometimes grace us with their presence to make sure we’re still giving the best pats around.
