Whilst the whole team was gathered for an awesome boating and tubing day, we also took the opportunity to honour Dan for his 10 years of service to LCM Air Conditioning. Congratulations Dan and a big thank you..

We had a fantastic day at Moogerah Dam on Saturday with the LCM Team and their families, full of tubing, skiing, boating, fun and a delicious bbq, and some people camped over night.

Today we honoured Karlee for 10 years of dedication to the LCM Team, followed by some Christmas cheer with the whole team.

With the technology in air conditioning equipment improving all the time, it’s important to continue our professional training. So some of our technicians attended some training at Daikin Australia.

One of our techs found a snake skin in a customer’s roof😳. He was a bit nervous about encountering the real specimen🐍 🐍. You can actually make out the facial details!!
The skin now adorns our plant in the office.

The LCM crew had a fun afternoon at Lumber Punks Axe Throwing, followed by Brisbane Brewing Co.

Lachlan and the team were working at the new Brisbane International Cruise Terminal for the cafe and gift shop fit out.

I haven’t posted a gross before and after picture of a split system fan barrel clean in a while, but this shows you why you need to service your air cons regularly.

We had our Team Toolbox Talk today in one of the corporate function rooms at the Queensland Tennis Centre, which is a site that LCM have serviced since 2009, when it first opened. It was an opportunity for the whole Team to visit the site and learn about what goes into running a world class sporting facility.

LCM Air Conditioning was started by Lachlan and Christina McKirdy in 2006, and it has grown organically over the years by providing reliable service and high quality workmanship. We couldn't have grown the business without our loyal customers and dedicated team of technicians and office staff. So after 16 years, it's time to revamp the logo to reflect our collective and mature experience. We'll be rolling out the new design over the coming months but you'll still see the previous logo on our vans and uniforms for a little while longer. Thank you to Graf-X Design Suite.

We had an awesome Team social event at Mount Tambourine today. We started off with liqueur tasting at Tamborine Mountain Distillery, followed by lunch at The Mountain Manor, and finally a gin making class and cocktails at Cauldron Distillery. Our Team do CPR and LVR (low voltage resuscitation) training every year because it’s important to know what to do in that type of emergency. Thanks Luella from First Aid Action RTO ID: 31668 who has been coming to our workshop to deliver the training for over 5 years.
