As part of our NAIDOC Week celebrations the team took part in the Torres Strait Island tradition of Floral Friday🌸 and gathered this afternoon to have a NAIDOC themed afternoon tea ☕️🍰

Our boardroom table was filled with indigenous bakes and treats including lots of Lemon Myrtle! It was a great chance for us to chat about the meaning of NAIDOC Week and recognise it’s importance and history.

It has been wonderful to be able to come together as a team to celebrate these traditions and share cultural knowledge.

Our Charity of the Month for July is Aboriginal Centre for the Performing Arts - RTO: 6829 (ACPA).

ACPA's core business and purpose is to provide vocational training in the Performing Arts that elevates the employment outcomes for First Nations Peoples. ACPA is 100% First Nations Lead with four First Nations Board Directors and a First Nations Chief Executive Officer.
