Receta de Queque de quinua 😉😉

En algunos países le llaman quinoa en otros quinua, pero sin duda este ingrediente en un bizcocho hace que tenga un gusto especial, a partir de esta receta base le puedes añadir otros ingredientes, frutos secos por ejemplo.

Ingredientes para 4 raciones:
3 huevos
1/4 kg de quinua
100 grs de mantequilla
1 1/2 tza de azucar
1 1/2 cdta de polvo de hornear
3/4 tza de leche
1 1/2 tza de harina

Instrucciones - 45 minutos
1Mezclar la quinua (quinoa) con la leche y los huevos lentamente mientras se bate a media velocidad.
2Luego mezclar el resto de ingredientes en orden indiferente.
3Colocar al horno por 30 minutos.
4Se puede servir el queque de quinua con cafè o leche y pruebe lo delicioso que es.
