We're hiring! We have an opportunity for an experienced '2nd in Charge' to join Irish Murphy's in Brisbane's CBD. This role requires availability across a 7-day roster, day and night shifts.

2IC | Irish Murphy’s Brisbane
Full time position - Salary $77,000

It would be an advantage to have experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry, of a venue that comprises of:
✨ Bar
✨ Restaurant
✨ Gaming room (The Vault, in the basement)

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following necessary skills to assist in the management of the day to day operations:
✨ Understand and support the pub’s key performance goals
✨ Be qualified and familiar with all aspects of Liquor (RSA), Gaming (RCG), Responsible Management (have current RMLV or willing to obtain) and food hygiene
✨ Leading by example and managing a team
✨ Being organised and able to assist in the running of a multi-facet operation
✨ Be able to make decisions quickly and firmly
✨ Be honest and take responsibility
✨ Understand and use computer software, be literate and familiar with POS systems (H&L a bonus!)
