I wanted to extend an invitation to join our team for the Think Pink Tri on October 27th in Chandler, Brisbane! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️ It’s a fantastic, family-friendly morning event with distances ranging from a 100-600m swim, 4-16km cycle to a 1-7.5km run, and there’s also a fun run option.

Just had an unforgettable experience on the manufacturing tour! Witnessing firsthand the rigorous process of 1,000 tests on each product before it even hits the market was incredible.

The attention to detail in quality control for every raw material is truly impressive. But it wasn’t just about the products—what really stood out was their commitment to employee wellness and a vibrant company culture. And get this: there’s even a basketball court right at headquarters!

Do you remember the last time you spent 7 days investing in yourself?

That’s exactly what I did at the Annual KSI Camp in Utah. It was a week filled with invaluable lessons, spending time with like-minded people, experiencing the lessons of winning and losing. We even had the incredible opportunity to meet Brad Sugars in person at his restaurant!

From a road trip to Las Vegas to an inspiring conference and exploring new places, it was an unforgettable journey. I’m excited to continue to support our clients on the next chapter of their journey.

Have you prepared for your week?

Preparation in training, preparation in life.

Did you prepare your clothes, training diary, water bottle, towel and stretch band for your next workout?

Did you look at your diary for the day and highlight your meetings, your snack and lunch break, your to do list, when would be the best time to fill up your water bottle?

Did you prepare your meals for the week and put the list somewhere that you can set it daily?

Have you set meetings with yourself in your week for hobbies, reading, stretching, studying?

Whichever day of the week is the start of your week, setting yourself up for success.

You have a goal to lose weight, get stronger or fit into a dress for an event that you have soon.

On the surface we have short term goals.

Do you have a plan of how to get there?

Start small, but more importantly take an holistic approach.

Reflect on:

-The quality of your Sleep.
-How much water you drink throughout the day.
-Your nutritional choices.
-What exercise is best for you, how often, how long, what do you enjoy?
-Recovery tools. Your morning and evening non negotiable and making time for you, Mindfulness, reading, time in nature, being by the water, rest weeks from training.

Design a plan that works for YOU.

Keep it simple, build momentum, celebrate your wins and watch the results happen.

Can you imagine where you will be in 6 weeks? It’s very exciting!

When you think of exercise, what comes to mind first?

Do you associate it with fun?

Think back to the fun times of yesteryear, like monkey bars, tree climbing, or trampoline antics. Can we bring that fun vibe back into our workouts?

Should this perception evolve as time goes by?

The Netball game on Sunday was a remarkable experience, not only due to the competitive spirit between the teams but also the lively crowd. People of all ages were having a blast, playing drums, singing YMCA on the big screen, cheering, and laughing.

Rewind to today.

Collect a piece of paper or open a spreadsheet.

Make a plan.

A daily, weekly and yearly plan.

Start by taking one small step, creating healthy habits.

More times than not, we can make more time. We just have to reflect on where we are spending it.

It could be life changing for you.
