What they’ll be creating is nothing short of crazy! The pic includes the current champions, team international and their arch rival team Australia

As a very special twist this year Team Rising Stars has been thrown in the mix. The cake of is all day Friday and Saturday.

This year due to great demand, we've brought back fondant modelling.

This year Luisa Nodari from Luisa's Sweet Creations is competing on the superstar stage in the International Cake Off Challenge. She's competing against some of the world's most talented extreme cake makers in the International Cake Off Challenge. Make sure you drop by the Superstar stage to say hi.

If you're wanting to pick up some great modelling skills you'll have the opportunity to do two super cute Make & Take classes being taught by Luisa on Sunday. She'd be the first person to tell you, it's not just about creating a little figurine, it's about creating a figurine with attitude! Every creation Luisa makes has it's own distinct personality.

In both of Luisa's classes you're guaranteed to take home at least one completed fondant animal, together with a bucketload of newly skills. Depending on how quickly you work, you will make two. If time permits in the Cheeky Monkey class, you'll make his best friend, Baby Giraffe!

After this mini class you'll know the basics of sugar modelling. You'll have an understanding of shapes, capturing character, using colour and highlights.
