As the winter cold sets in 🥶 the auction market experienced a pullback nationwide this week, with the clearance rate dipping to 57.1%. Attendance saw a slight increase, averaging 28.1 onlookers per auction, and the number of registered bidders rose to 3.3.

Active bidding decreased to 64.5%. Interestingly, despite the increase in registered bidders, the additional participants refrained from engaging in the bidding process. 🙅

New South Wales led the nation with an overall clearance rate of 72.5%, while Queensland followed with a strong 62.7%. Victoria's performance declined compared to the previous week, including a lower average attendance of 23 onlookers.

This week delivered some fascinating results, with shifting metrics yet an overall positive sentiment. The auction clearance rate rose impressively to 72.9%.

While the average crowd size dipped to 25.2 onlookers and the average number of registered bidders fell to 2.6, this didn’t deter those present from actively participating in the bidding.

Riding the wave of their State of Origin victory on Wednesday, Queensland led the market with an outstanding 80.5% clearance rate. New South Wales followed with a solid 66.7% of auctions successfully concluding.

It was a huge week of auctions across the country. Despite cooler temperatures and gloomy weather across the major cities, 🌧 buyers continued to attend auctions, with the number of attendees increasing to 34.6 per auction, compared to last week's average of 26.

The number of registered bidders increased to an average of 4.2 per auction, with 62.1% actively participating in the auction process. Vendors were ready to exchange on auction day shown in our high clearance rate of 67.5%, despite this number being lower than last week's reported clearance of 72.2%

With less than a few days to settle the score of the first State of Origin, it was in fact Victoria that surpassed the other states, with an impressive clearance of 71.4%. Queensland edged slightly above with 65.3%, while New South Wales returned a 57.1% clearance rate, despite strong active bidding of 86.7%.

The auction market spiked to a yearly high, with a clearance rate of 72.2%.
The number of average bidders dipped slightly to 3 with 66.7% of these raising a paddle. The average attendance increased slightly to an average of 26 onlookers per auction.

It was a strong week across the Eastern seaboard with Queensland leading with a strong clearance rate of 73.3%; while New South Wales returned a clearance of 72.7% and Victoria 66.7%. Victoria pulled ahead with a strong average attendance of 40.1 on lookers.

New South Wales led the nation with an impressive clearance rate exceeding 80%, while Victoria, despite achieving the highest attendance in the country, saw a slowdown.

It was a consistent past week of auction results across the nation. The auction market continued to show strength with the national clearance rate dipping slightly this week to 63.2%.

We saw competitive bidding from buyers with an average of 3.9 registered per auction, with 59.6% raising a paddle to partake at auction. 🙋🙋 This is consistent with last week's results, showing that buyers are eager and unafraid of raising a paddle to stake their claim. Crowds were out in force over the weekend as our average attendance remaining steady of 28.3 on-lookers.😎

New South Wales outperformed the other states, delivering an overall 64.7% clearance rate, compared to Victoria's 60%, and Queensland 59.5%.
Interestingly, NSW had fewer registered bidders (3.7) and lower active bidding (53.3%) compared to QLD, with an average of 4.1 registered bidders and 54.1% active bidding, hinting at stronger buyer demand in the south.

It was an action packed week of auctions across the nation. Building on the momentum of last week, the market maintained its steady pace, culminating in an impressive overall clearance rate of 60.7%.

There was a slight uptick in bidder participation, averaging 3.9 per auction, with a significant 60.9% actively engaging in the bidding process. There was an average of 28.6 attendees per auction.

Victoria led the pack with the highest clearance rate at 66.7%, generating significant excitement as an average of 43 attendees eagerly observed proceedings. In New South Wales, the level of active bidding slightly declined to 44.4%, accompanied by an average of 2.5 registered bidders per auction. Similarly, Queensland experienced a dip from the previous week, recording an overall clearance rate of 59.6%.

The number of registered bidders remained at 3.1, with a notable portion, 63.7%, actively engaging in the bidding process. However, attendance experienced a decline this week, with an average of 20.9 onlookers present.

Queensland outperformed the other states with an overall clearance of 61.9%, surpassing Victoria's 57.1% and New South Wales' 53.8%.
