Coming soon to a Ballistic venue near you, our new session stout, Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark. This well-rounded session stout features aromas and flavours of chocolate that easily blend with malted tones to drink very easily as a dry style beer. This fantastic dark beer is to be shared for those sessionable times. Stay tuned for release details.

Bear Naked, our American Brown Ale, available at Salisbury, Springfield and Bargara venues from Thursday, July 11. Bear Naked is a classic beer style featuring flavours of roasted malts with caramel and chocolate aromas, and a supporting cast of hops for a delicious beer experience.

There's a brown bear coming and we're excited to share it with you. Releasing on July 11th is our Bear Naked - American Brown Ale. At 5.8%, this bear is roasty where it needs to be, sweet and malty with a decent whack of hops from Amarillo and Mosaic. Set the date and get ready to explore this flavourful brown ale.

After being launched at GABS Festival Brisbane and all our venues, it's now on tap for a limited time only. Featuring a hazy IPA base and then bumped up in flavour with native finger limes and rosella, this beer is flavourful. Best enjoyed in good company. Head to any of our venues to try it now.

Ballistic is back! It’s time to experience a real IPA from the Sunshine State of QLD. Featuring fruit from locals such as finger limes and rosella, this IPA was designed to be both refreshing and flavourful.

Originally designed as a beer to feature on the GABS container bars in 2024, but we couldn’t get it brewed in time. We were still able to brew it so it could feature on our GABS stand in Brisbane and select venues. Released at GABS tonight, all Ballistic venues and Catchment and Fortitude Brewing today.

Get to know our Sunshine State IPA. This beer is being released tomorrow at GABS Brisbane, as well as all of our venues! With a huge payload of finger limes and rosella from the QLD region, we're showcasing the sunshine state in all its glory. This is a limited release and will not feature in cans or be around for very long, so make sure you jump on it before it's gone for good!
