Working with our subconscious mind goes beyond what we can say with words, is exploring all the creative ways we can transform our self-limiting beliefs, old patterns or mindset that was pass throw us during our early years of existence or even throught our DNA or other lifetimes💫 I’ve been exploring and finding a lot of healing throught my art, throught my creative expression, movement, self-rituals and plant medicines🌱🫶🏻

And everything just come to the source of LOVE💗 loving yourself, loving everything of you, loving everything around you, expressing and sharing love all around you! One of my biggest challenges since I started my spiritual path has been to break with those inherited patterns from my ancestors and culture that have driven my conditioning in my path!

Recognizing day by day these ways of thinking or expressing things, situations or people has made me day by day let go and break all those mandates that have conditioned many of my decisions and experiences.

There is nothing wrong with not wanting to live a life as "we have been educated" or "instilled" since we were little!

We come into this world as souls and free beings and during the process of "domestication" (growth) we forget the essentials of life, living connected with ourselves and being who we want to be.

This year I learned a lot to let go of those ideas of “have to” or “should” be in such a way to fit in here or there or wherever I am.

I choose to be simply me, love myself and everything and everyone around me, I choose to feel and let myself be guided only with my heart and soul💫

Has not been easy to start again, and this is something we have to face many times in our lives, In this process I started to connect with who I really are, and not what I been told I was.
