Studies have shown if you diet is at least 51% RAW food in your diet, you are doing good things for your body.

Living Live Enzymes are the only substances capable of digesting food, Enzymes can only be created from living organic material, when food is cooked above 45 degrees Celsius or 118 degrees Fahrenheit for more than 15 minutes the naturally occurring enzymes are destroyed,

As a result the body must produce its own enzymes using up energy and nutrients (eg. minerals) to digest and assimilate the food ingested. 

When cooked food is consumed the body must use up more energy to digest and assimilate.​

Compared to live raw cuisine, cooked plant based food is void of enzymes and depleted in nutrients, protein for example is depleted by over 50%, eating food cooked above a certain temperature or if it is not possible to digest the food consumed, the body acts as if it were a toxic substance and a pathogenic response is set up within the being, called digestive leukocytosis, where the body’s white blood cells are used to digest food similar to how they would attack a foreign substance.

Raw Plantbased Cuisine is a nutrient rich and a calorie sparse way of eating, increasing consumption of live raw food assists the body to cleanse and activates one’s natural instincts, intuition and healing potential at all levels of our being

-you are what you eat...

So a mainly uncooked plantbased diet with some additional (cooked) protein is an achievable and sustainable way to nourish yourself

Feeling full and incredibly grateful to spend the day in nature with an epic bunch of beings to celebrate, honour, tune in and take refuge in the illuminating light in the lead up to the longest day here in the southern hemisphere.

Together we shared, created, danced, exhaled deeply, planted seed intentions and welcomed in all that is being illuminated at this time.

We got curious, recharged our hearts and listened to the wisdom of our cells. Our journey was infused with Forest Bathing with Sound Healing with .medicinewoman current Astrology and sigil making with and the freshest and yummiest catering by plus yoga and somatic movement meditation with yours truly.

I adore creating these sacred day retreats in alignment with seasonal shifts and changes. They enable us to live in rhythm and harmony with nature, they provide an anchor for the coming cycle and offer an opportunity to return to yourself.
