The event focuses on developing deeper understandings of peacefulness, humility, self-respect, and self-compassion. A constant theme is the cultivation of a "flow state" or "connection" to expand each participant's potential.
This workshop blends ancient wisdom with contemporary psychological insights to help participants build a meaningful and positive future self-narrative. By fostering a supportive community and encouraging self-discovery, we aim to unlock the full potential of each individual.
Included in the program is in and out of studio time, morning tea (you are invited to bring a small vegan or vegetarian item to share), including like-minded social time and life lessons that will be the source of much future contentment

In my understanding, ignorance has 3 forms. Innocent, you are innocently ignorant, you just don't know.
Beligerant ignorance you choose to dismiss.
Apathetic ignorance, I just don't care.
Why it's important to me when I look back at the regrets of my life nearly all of them fit inside these three frames.
Of course, none of us can live in the past and the remedy to regret is growth, awareness, self-compassion and compassion for others.
You may enjoy this as a little mantra "Go through it and grow"
appreciation feeds gratitude which feeds self-compassion which gives you a connection to greater emotional regulation and balanced and rational thinking and most usually it comes to us from the things we find beauty in or from and in its greater form it's transcendent awe
Order- disorder. Balance- imbalance. Yoga is a return to comfort, come and join us.

In my teaching a lot of the work is dedicated towards expanding potential. One is the base indicator of ones personal journey towards expanding their potential, lays in finding the quiet and stillness that lay beneath your peacefulness.
Interestingly the path towards this is expanding nothingness.
