That's a wrap. 2023 has been a big year... Our team is taking a well earned break for Christmas. We hope that you and your loved ones have a Mighty safe, happy and nice Christmas and enjoy your meaty feasts as much as we enjoyed preparing them for you. We will be back ready to see and serve you again Tuesday 2 January 2024. Our online store will be open however collection and delivery will unavailable until 2 Jan 2024.

The good folks Heritage Brady Funeral Directors & Crematorium will be holding you, us and Boris for his final journey at 10am next Friday, 1 December. Alex, Andy and Pepita ("The Missus") have requested guests to join in person or online 👇and 🌟dress "bright & respectful" 🌟in recognition of the loud, proud, gentleman that Boris was.
A social celebration will follow the funeral service from 11am at the The Parkview Hotel
Mighty Nice Meats will be closed next Friday while we all pay our final respects and good byes to this very dear brother and friend.

With much sadness and heavy hearts we share this news with our extended Mighty Nice Meats family. Our dear friend and longest serving staff member, Boris Turk passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at his home in Westcourt today.
Solid as a rock, Boris showed up to work every day with a smile. An ever friendly, kind hearted man that you could always count on to do his job....and be ready for a chat. Boris patiently trained almost a dozen apprentice craftsmen and was loved by all of our customers, and our team members. Infact, there has never been a day that Josh or Kerri have worked at Mighty Nice Meats without him. You never know what tomorrow is going to bring. Hug your loved ones friends; leave no words unsaid. Rest in Peace Boris. We will miss you brother. (Funeral/memorial details will be released in due course.)

Mighty Nice Meats will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday 16 May as a mark of respect and rememberance. All of our butchers and team will be paying our last respects to a dearly loved member of the Mighty Nice family. Thank you for understanding. We look forward to serving you again on Wednesday.
