Shimo Wagyu is different to other Wagyu on the market it’s Holstein cross wagyu fed for 400 days on a select diet which gives it a unique flavour like no other Wagyu.

The cattle are hand selected for the Shimo program and are carefully looked after by our long standing farmers and their family.
