Ensuring all food is presented to the highest possible standard
Food preparation
Stock rotation
Receiving and storage of kitchen supplies
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen area
The successful candidate will have:

Strong team work skills
Knowledge of food safety and WH&S principles
This position is full time role
4 days per week.
Approx 40hrs per week.

The shifts will involve working lunch, dinner and weekends but will have flexibility in the roster.

Package is $65K plus tips.

Sponsorship opportunities are available.

Saturday sesh Palm Cove style

Hi there I visited your restaurant on Saturday (while staying in Trinity Beach) and the grilled barramundi was delicious (as was the Vasse Felix rosè).

However the main reason for my email was to thank one of your waitresses (unfortunately I forget her name but bubbly personality and blonde hair in a ponytail) who gave me a list of restaurants and bars to visit while I was in Cairns before I fly home to Melbourne.

As I sit here at the Oak and Vine restaurant overlooking the Harbour, I am very appreciative of her recommendations and the bars have not disappointed. She is a credit to your staff and hospitality.

Please pass on my thanks and I hope to be back in Palm Cove in September.
