How is our Mojave Calcium Bentonite Clay different from other clays? Mojave Calcium Bentonite Clay Sourced from the Death Valley/Mojave Desert area of California this pristine green desert calcium Bentonite/montmorillonite clay, is mined deep underground affording it protection from the elements for thousands of years. Finely milled to 350 mesh it is an exceptionally clean, ancient, trace-mineral rich clay, offering numerous uses including – clay compresses, cosmetics, clay packs, poultices, clay baths, clay wraps and many other applications. It contains substantial amounts of magnesium and a wide variety of trace minerals.

Smectite clays, of which our Calcium Bentonite is one, are unique in that they swell when water is added. The Smectite group comprises 99% of the clays used for healing applications. These clays can both adsorb and absorb. The most well known clay of the steatite group is Montmorillonite.
Adsorption is the process by which substances (impurities and toxins) stick to the outside of the clay molecule. Absorption is the process of drawing these damaging substances into the clay internal molecular structure - similar to sponge absorbing water.

� The clay is milled to a 325-screen mesh (making it non-gritty and easily mixed with water to a smooth consistency).

I also have the cheap "Sodium" bentonite clay for $5 per 500gms which can be a budget friendly option for baths rather than the high grade "Calcium" bentonite clay.

PLEASE NOTE: Clay Baths/foot baths are a strong detox, drink plenty of water to aid your body with the process and the following aproach is suggested.... If you are unwell, pregnant or elderly, please consult your medical practitioner or health-care professional before taking a detoxing clay bath/foot bath.

How much time should you spend in a clay bath? Everyone is different and care must to given as to how well you tolerate the bath. The minimum time for a clay bath is approx.15 minutes … provided that no adverse effects are experienced. If you begin to feel chilled as the water beings to cool, simply add more warm water. You may slowly increase the amount of time spent in the bath if you do not experience any discomfort, but generally 20 – 30 minutes is the average duration of a clay bath.
The temperature of the water: We would suggest tepid to warm baths - this is certainly ideal for the beginner. Once the body is starting to feel the benefit of a clay bath, you may increase the water temperature to suit yourself.

There is a wonderful opportunity this weekend in Cairns to attend workshops run by Kachina Ma'an.

This Saturday 21st August Kachina will be running the "5 Steps to Unlocking Your Highest Potential" in which you'll learn the five principals and techniques to master them.
The course involves going through the 5 Principles in detail, showing you what they are.
A series of attunements are then given to give you a delete button for all of these things.
It is followed by a meditation that activates the point and deletes all these things from your system permanently.
If they come back through external sources, you have an instant delete button.

The way it was put to me is ‘Imagine a room with big windows and big doors. Imagine that every spare millimetre of the room is full of ‘something’. How much light gets in?”
The answer of course, is NONE.
This course clears all the furniture out of the room in 1 day.
When this is done, people will generally feel one of two things depending on their personality and predisposition. They will either feel Empty or they will feel Full of Light.

On the 26th of May there will be a total Luna Eclipse. It will be a time of great change, power and magic.

It would be a wonderful time to do something special for the consciousness, the planet and yourself.

What I am putting out there is for whoever feels inclined to do a half hour meditation at that time.

It would start at 9pm Brisbane time, which will be just before the eclipse reaches it's maximum.

For the first 5 minutes focus on the feeling of Surrender

For the second 5 minutes focus on Hope

The third 5 minutes focus on Faith

The fourth 5 minutes focus on Illumination

The last 10 minutes focus and draw in Growth.

So to cap:
5 minutes Surrender
5 minutes Hope
5 minutes Faith
5 minutes Illumination
10 minutes Growth

30 minutes in all.

For those who choose to do it, it will be a personal shift but as all things are connected your personal shift will have immense repercussions.
