Just a tiny bit of lighting editing done on this in-camera (I'm still in my car!). From the flyover today here in .

On today's agenda: A trip to Commonwealth Park in the city, where I know a colony of Grey-Headed Flying Foxes migrate through.

And goodness me! There were so many of them!

I love waterlilies, and this year, the pink one in our pond has been really putting on a show!

On Friday, I took myself out for photos. I had a lovely time... up until I sprained my ankle.

Photography is on hold once again until it's better.

Cats or dogs?

Okay, I know, Dingoes are actually more related to wolves than dogs, but...

Another lovely visit to Canberra Reptile Zoo today! The Sugar Gliders are ALWAYS cute and I also got to meet an adorable Ring-tailed Possum :)

Ducks, but no ugly ducklings here! Definitely some adorable cygnets, though. It felt good to be back out with the camera again.

I'm on holiday, so naturally I have the camera with me. I don't have a laptop to download them all, but I do have Nikon Snapbridge on my phone. Here's a taste of day 1.

I know, I've said it before, but... Tidbinbilla always delivers!

Photos from Sonja's Shots's post 29/11/2022

Spent my morning at Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve again today. It's been a very long time since I've been, and because it's a weekday, it was much more quiet... except for the critters. I was lucky enough to see many creatures in my wander.

From the front garden...

I know I've been very slow in posting. I've been in poor health and of course it's been very wet here over the last several years courtesy of La Nina.

LOVELY morning this morning, and I made the most of it with a friend out at the amazing Jerrabomberra Wetlands. Almost everything we saw was birds, but also a mouse in a tree. I'm not sure if it's native or not, but it sure is cute.

Went out to Mulligans Flat Woodland Sanctuary today for a lovely walk, including down to the dam. It was relatively quiet.

Weston Park was today's destination, and there were plenty of birds around to be photographed.

Today, I hopped on my bicycle and rode down to a local pond with the camera. Plenty to be seen, as you can tell.
