Stunning morning out at the Balloon Spectacular, and got to meet Petr and other lovely folks associated with Kubicek Balloons. This post is for them in particular. More photos to come later. :)

BEAUTIFUL morning up at the Arboretum, made all the more spectacular due to some lovely clouds about. Today is about individual balloon pics (primarily because they just won't cooperate when you want them to). Nevertheless, hope you enjoy 🙂

A bit rusty this morning, but felt good chasing balloons again! ☺😍

One of the many clever and colourful displays by the drones at Lake Burley Griffin. Fabulous atmosphere and fabulous display. :)

It's been a while, but couldn't look past this gorgeous sunset last night. The drone display was very clever and definitely worth seeing. :)

On a sombre note, it's 60 years today since the brutal assassination of JFK in Dallas. A tragic period between 1963 and 1968, without question, and one that leaves me wondering if or how things may have turned out differently today!? Peace and love ☺🙏

A little more Floriade and a reminder that seeing it mid-week will avoid the large crowds ☺

What a great day in Canberra. Floriade was looking superb. The only thing that might top off such a beautiful day is an unlikely win for Carlton. Go the Blues. :)
