Requirements for this position include:

1️⃣ Valid certification: You must have a recognised certificate 3 in fitness. Your expertise and knowledge in various exercise techniques and methodologies will be a valuable asset to our clients.

2️⃣ Outgoing personality: We are looking for someone who can bring positive energy to the gym floor. Your ability to connect with individuals of different backgrounds and fitness levels will be crucial in creating a supportive and motivating environment.

3️⃣ Motivational skills: As a fitness instructor, your role will be to inspire and encourage clients every step of the way. Your enthusiasm for fitness and determination to facilitate their progress will serve as a catalyst for their success.

4️⃣ Sales experience (preferred): While not mandatory, previous experience in sales can be beneficial. Being able to effectively communicate the benefits of our programs and services to potential clients can help drive membership growth and contribute to your personal success.

If you are passionate about fitness and eager to help others achieve their goals, we want to invest in your development. Even if you don't have prior sales experience, we are open to candidates who are ready to learn and grow in this aspect.
