This weekend see’s another Honour Board Event at the Club. Another twist to the testing Foursomes Format playing as a Mixed Team. Always a popular event it’s a great opportunity to team up and play with your partner or wife - if you dare!!! Same as last time, 27 holes alternate shot and don’t say Sorry or leave the putter behind!!
Teams to watch-
Craig Hammer and Marg Hayward
Last years Champs. Marg never misses the fairway and Craig won’t find much difference in where he plays his second shot from as he’ll probably be pretty close to his normal distance to the hole. These 2 will be sharp on the green both longtime members of the Club.
Nick Wolski and Rach Hammer
With Rachel’s booming drives and Nicks tidy short game if these guys get some heat in their Putters they will be posting some good scores.
Rowan Ellis and Sarah Blond
Both recent Club Champs compliment each others game well, Magicians around the green with wedges in hand, it’s enough to make me cry!! My picks for the winners this group!!!
Paul O’dea and Rach Burke
Paul is in great form and has teamed up with Rach. Swapping out Rob from the men’s foursomes. The only trouble here will be can Paul play from the fairway as well as he does from the rough?
Dustin Davis and his wife Bec.
New members to the club this year and Dusty coming off a Nett Victory in the Men’s sees these guys at the top of the betting for the Nett.
There will also be a Club Stableford event for those not playing Championship. Names in by 930 as always. See you Sunday ⛳️ 🏌️♀️ 🏌️♂️
