B Singles Championships are done and dusted & the season finished with a great game between new club member Ray Sangster & Sam Roberts, a very tight game all the way as you would expect for a final, Sam got a 9-5 lead on Ray after the 8th end then it became neck and neck for the next 15 ends with both players swapping shots, after the 23rd end Sam was up 19-17, Ray could only manage one more shot as Sam scored the 6 required in 4 ends to take the game 25-18 and be crowned B Grade Singles Champion, congratulations Sam & commiserations Ray on a great game and effort to make the final in your first attempt, Ray is also into the final of the C Grade Singles as well.

Congratulations to Kathy, Sue and Jolene on winning the Ladies Triples final against Vonnie, Julie and Caroline. The underdogs lead for the majority of the game but fell at the last hurdle. Caroline took on the roll of Skip and did an awesome job but I think felt the pressure towards the end. Vonnie played excellent bowls. Kathy played some great bowls to take the last few ends.
