I have been practising yoga for over 20 years, and teaching for over 5, both in Australia and the UK, and have always enjoyed the balanced approach that yoga provides, working on both the health of your body and your mind. Advanced yoga is a state of mind.
Yoga is not about striving to twist your body into a particular shape, it's about working with healthy movement to improve your strength and enhance your mobility..... you can do that without standing on your head....
There are many things in the world that are draining our batteries right now - find the thing that recharges you (walking, reading, meeting friends, yoga, jogging.....) and don't forget to plug yourself in

So it actually happened! We flew out of London yesterday and have just arrived in our lovely quarantine hotel.... now time for a bit of rest and relaxation!

You do not have to be flexible to do yoga. You do not have to be young to do yoga. You do not have to be fit or thin to do yoga. Yoga is about discovering what you can do today and then exploring that.
If practised regularly, yoga will strengthen and tone your muscles; yoga will improve the movement of your joints; yoga will improve the quality of your breathing; and yoga will teach you how to relax your body and mind.
