22 October - Smoky Cape, Hat Head NP
The weather gods were kind to us today with no rain and great company for a lovely day out at Smoky Cape. We got up to the trig on top of Big Smoky, saw waterfalls on the beach, and stood on the Arch while wild seas swirled beneath!
Exercising in nature with friends keeps us happy and whole!

25 September – Summit to Sea Walking Track, Yarriabini NP
Coffs Hikers delighted in the view from the top of the mountain today and lost themselves in the unbelievable lushness of the forest en route to the sea on this 12km track that is being rejuvenated with the help of funding from snack bar makers Nature Valley.
The track, once reopened, will be ” an amazing walk across a mosaic of different habitats, providing visitors with the opportunity to connect to an area that is highly significant to the Dunghutti, Ngambaa and Gumbaynggirr Aboriginal people.”

21 September – Blackbutt Track and Dome Mountain, Dorrigo National Park
Despite the weather prediction it didn’t rain, and today was perfect for Coffs Hikers’ walk on Blackbutt Track and exploration of a rough track up to the top of the mountain (about 960m) with a great view over the tablelands all the way to Killiekrankie…. A day of big trees and beautiful waterfalls on a simply stunning track!
Join us for all of the best views in great company!
