Coffs Coast Headache and Migraine Clinic will be moving.

Due to the demand for more clinic days I have been able to secure an amazing space within 'The Professional Centre' 9 Park Avenue, Coffs Harbour. My last day at Flow Psychology in Sawtell will be on the 27th April with all appointments after this date in our new rooms.

Please be patient with us while we transition between the two locations.

I hope you will love our new home as much as we have loved being at Flow Psychology and Wellbeing Sawtell.

This weekend I have been attending (online) the ANZ Headache Societies Annual Scientific Meeting. It has been interesting to see all the latest research, reviews and new innervations in headache research and potential management. The latest on CGRP mAbs and gepant's were obviously big on the agenda.

An evening attending a physiotherapy webinar on acute presentations of headache and migraine also on the agenda for me tomorrow.

After a hectic and event filled 2 weeks travelling the north of Vietnam with my 2 beautiful daughters, I am back on the ground with the clinic up and running again.

Our Level 3 certification course has now concluded with our final one on one zoom meeting and feedback session with Dr Dean Watson. I have savoured every minute of this journey.

Wishing all the wonderful newly certified fellow participants every success and looking forward to sharing and networking with you all so that the journey can continue.

Well on the 3rd of August, myself and 6 other excited and very dedicated headache clinicians from around Australia, descended on Adelaide to complete the final phase of our Watson Headache® Approach certification.

In a collegiate atmosphere, under the supervision and guidance of the very experienced Dr Dean Watson, we were put through our paces. We treated clients, completed practical and theoretical exams and were required to present to the goup on various on the spot topics. It was a very intense 4 days, perfecting, reinforcing and sharing our skills and ideas. It was also an incredibly rewarding and postive experience.

Returning to Coffs Harbour as the only certified Watson Headache Approach physiotherapist in the region, I look forward to continuing my journey helping those with headache and Migraine and the never ending learning curve that we are all on.

The National patient advocacy organisation 'Migraine Australia' recently interviewed Physiotherapist and Certified Watson Headache® Approach clinician Roger O'toole.

Roger O'Toole is the Director and lead consultant physiotherapist at the 'Melbourne Headache Centre' and has been involved in research with Dr Dean Watson at the University of South Australia. Roger nicely explains how headaches and migraines can be the result of a dysfunctional cervical spine and how Watson Headache® Approach, trained and certified clinicians assess for and treat this dysfunction if found.
