We wanted to share some important news with you. There are only two weeks left before we temporarily close our doors. If you've been meaning to indulge in our culinary delights at Char Restaurant now's the time to secure your bookings before we take a break.

We'd like to express our gratitude to each and every one of you for your incredible support. Your patronage has meant the world to us, and we want to express our heartfelt thanks.�� Unfortunately, circumstances beyond our control have led to this decision. We find ourselves needing a break to regroup and come back even stronger.

To those who had events and dinner plans scheduled with us, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We were truly excited to be a part of your special occasions. Our events and reservations team is working diligently to reach out to you and discuss your plans.

Before we close our doors on September 2nd, we'd love to see your familiar faces once more. This isn't a goodbye, but merely a temporary farewell as we take this much-needed break. Please understand that service might be a bit slower as some of our team members have already moved on to new opportunities.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. We'll be eagerly awaiting the day we can welcome you back with open arms, hopefully in the upcoming Dry Season. Stay tuned for updates, and let's make these last days before our break truly memorable.

We are closing a chapter at the Darwin Club ✨

We have some important updates to share with you! Starting from the 4th of July, the Darwin Club will be transitioning its focus to private events only. While this may come as a surprise, we are thrilled about the new opportunities that await us.

Rest assured, this decision was made after careful consideration and evaluation of our goals and and with our customers' best interests in mind. We believe this change will enable us to explore fresh avenues and deliver even better experiences to our beloved customers at Char Restaurant. Our commitment to providing exceptional service and experiences remains as strong as ever.

Our Steakhouse Char Restaurant is launching a new menu tomorrow and we couldn't be more excited. For this menu, we have worked closely with our suppliers to get the best Australian meat in the Northern Territory.

Kerwee will be the main brand for our grain fed steaks, a premium product that has achieved Gold Medal at the World Steak Challenge and Australian Food Awards and that you will be able to taste as of tomorrow at our venue.
