Success is NOT having a new car, carrier or house. If you think this way, how long for do you think those things will make you "happy"? Happiness is from within. Do what YOU LOVE instead of what Society tells you to do. F*%ck external expectations, SUCCESS is finding yourself, finding joy in little things and riding life like a wave: with ups and downs but knowing how to cope. It's finding COURAGE, from the moment you wake up. It's finding PURPOSE, not in what you'll do with your life, but in what you'll gift yourself. It's never too late, I urge all of us to start redefining our priorities before it's too late. It starts with YOU, HERE & NOW.

Many people do not know that cancer prevention recommendations on nutrition do exist.
The food that we eat affects cancer both directly and indirectly. Nutrition directly impacts mechanisms by which cancer cells grow and spread throughout the body. And indirectly it may influence other processes in the body that may encourage or inhibit the cancer development.
Awareness and communication are very important to reach the general public. The fact that many myths exist on foods and supplements in the prevention or treatment of cancer is a good example of a lack of good communication between scientists and patients.
While medical treatment plays a big role, the right nutrition is also key to defeating cancer.
